About Felicity

I've always been the person who figures out
how to make things work —
and built a career around it.

I'm a business operations and strategy professional — which means I work at the place where plans meet reality, and I make sure the plan wins. I've done this work across healthtech, education, consumer goods, and digital marketing, in both corporate environments and as a builder myself. That range isn't accidental. It's given me a depth of perspective that a single-industry career simply can't.

My foundation is in analytics and systems thinking. I hold an MBA in STEM Business Analytics from Georgia State University, where I also served as Program Manager for the Executive MBA program — which meant I was learning and leading simultaneously. That combination of theory and live accountability has defined how I work ever since. I'm also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and hold credentials in Lean Six Sigma, Product Marketing, Google Analytics, and more.

"If you don't take your business seriously, no one else will. That belief has shaped every decision I've made professionally."

The work I'm most proud of sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — GTM planning, operational governance, commercialization strategy, supply chain design, and using data to make better decisions faster. I've worked in rooms where the stakes were real, where a wrong call had consequences, and where being both sharp and dependable wasn't optional. That's the environment I thrive in.

Beyond client and operator work, I host The B.O.S.S. Pod — a platform dedicated to the business operations and strategy professionals who make organizations run, even when the spotlight doesn't find them. I also contribute actively to the global business analysis community through the IIBA, because I believe the ecosystem around great operators matters just as much as the operators themselves.

I'm building toward consulting leadership, venture scaling, and a larger thought leadership platform — and I'm doing it deliberately, one meaningful piece of work at a time.
